We are proud to introduce our newest Broker/Agent, Linda Buss. She
was an agent in California and recently became a Broker and Agent with Realty World Big Red. Linda moved with her Family from
California in 2006 and has worked in the office at Realty World Big Red for over a year. She works as a team with her husband,
Jim Buss.

Shawn Futch is a
new Agent and an Owner of Realty World Big Red along with her husband and fellow agent, DuWayne Futch. Shawn and DuWayne have
a 3 year old son, Noah and a newborn daughter, Payton.
She has a background in
Education and has worked as both a Counselor and Teacher. Her family moved to
Hot Springs
Village from California
in August 2006. Although she is a new agent, Shawn has been in the Real Estate field for years through investments and has
worked in the office for the last year.
DuWayne Futch has been an Owner and Agent at Realty World
Big Red since 2006. He works with his wife and fellow agent, Shawn Futch. DuWayne went to college in Colorado and received
his Bachelors degree in Communications.
